Genua Domus Studio in zona sicura in Centro, ristrutturato dalla proprietaria architetto, con bella finestra panoramica su parco e città , esposto a est, al 3 piano con ascensore, dotato di mini-zona x colazioni e piccoli pasti (frigo, lavello e 1 fornello a induzione) , free-wifi, pale a soffitto, phon.
Ideale per single, viaggi di lavoro, spazi un po' giusti per coppia.

Genua Domus Studio is in a safe residential central area, facing east, on the 3rd floor with lift, equipped with a kitchenette for easy meals ( fridge, sink, one induction stove, kettle), ceiling-fan, hairdryer, free-fast-wifi.
Ideal for singles, business trips, spaces a little bit just for a couple.
It offers special ingredients for an unique recipe: the comfort to be very close to the typical funicular St. Anne that arrives in the heart of Genoa's historic center, and most famous sites such as Via Garibaldi, Palazzo Ducale, l’Acquario, Porto Antico; the quiet of being in front of one of the beautiful green lungs in Genoa, the park of Villa Gruber; the cosy interiors that the same owner, an architect, has projected and decorated; the wonderful view enjoyable from bed. Newly renovated 1880's house in a very quiet and safe residential street, it is a perfect venue for all types of business, shopping, sightseeing and leisure trips.

Il Quartiere, muoversi in zona

A due passi da casa abbiamo la partenza della funicolare, con bar per ottime colazioni 'l'Antica Vaccheria' (e dehor pizzeria). Rinomata osteria/trattoria 'I Tre Merli', ottima pasticceria 'Magenta', e ristorante/pizzeria 'La Funicolare', tutti in Corso Magenta, sotto casa. C'è un supermercato a pochi passi di distanza ; inoltre, ad un costo aggiuntivo molto conveniente, è possibile parcheggiare l'auto insicurezza proprio accanto all'edificio. Siamo in zona sicura residenziale e si raggiungono a piedi il centro turistico, l’acquario, e i teatri.

In condominio tranquillo e zona residenziale sicura, collegata al centro turistico per mezzo della funicolare Sant'Anna, e con il bus 36 alle due stazione Brignole e Principe. Dalla finestra si gode del polmone verde del parco di Villa Gruber, per gli amanti del jogging interessante punto di partenza per breve allenamento in piano Manin-Castelletto, 1.5 km, per poi proseguire eventualmente in lieve pendenza fino a Castello De Albertis.

We are very close to both the train station Brignole and Principe (12 min. funicolare + bus). Via Garibaldi, 'Strada Nuova', with its museums Palazzo Rosso, Bianco and Tursi, are 8-minute walk downhill; in 12 minutes you'll arrive in Piazza De Ferrari, with the Doge's Palace and from there Via S. Lorenzo and the cathedral, and then Aquarium, the children's City , the Galleon, the submarine and the Galata Museum reachable by a sweatable walking distance through the city center (16 min. from home). Return to Genua Domus is comfortable by the funicular of Sant'Anna.
Restaurants In the neighborhood are the renowned pizzeria 'Funicolare' , L’Antica Vaccheria ‘also with special genuine ice-creams, trattoria and winebar 'I 3 Merli', pastry 'Magenta' and other good quality restaurants. There's a supermarket a short walk away ; and ,at an additional very affordable cost, it’s possible to park your car safely right next to the building.

How to reach us:
By car: highway A10: exit at Genova ovest, take the causeway, exit at center of Genoa - Piccapietra square, Via XII Ottobre, piazza Corvetto, go up to via Palestro, via Pastrengo, Via Mameli, Corso Solferino, Via C. Corte, go down from Salita S. Maria della Sanità.
Highway A12: exit at Genova est: Via Bobbio, via Montaldo, piazza Manin, corso Armellini, corso Solferino, Via C. Corte, Salita S. Maria della Sanità.
From the airport: Maybe a taxi is the easiest way. Otherwise there is Volabus. You go down at Principe station after catch the bus n. 36 out at Corso Magenta building n. 1 (the second stop of corso Magenta), on the corner go up along Salita S. Maria della Sanità, second building on the left side. Volabus is a public bus that takes you from the airport to Genova Brignole and Genova Piazza Principe railway stations, crossing the city center in 30 min. the ticket costs 6 eur and you can use it also on public bus, metro, elevators and funicolare, for 60 min.

ESCAPES IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Nervi:
From Brignole Station, In half an hour you reach by train Genova-Nervi station: Thesunny seaside ‘passeggiata’ Anita Garibaldi will offer the opportunity for dips in the blue sea water or simply relax on a bench with a good book. I suggest Bagni Scogliera .
Going on along the walk "Anita Garibaldi” by the sea, you lead to the marina of Nervi with good restaurants, gelateria, focaccia .
There is also the Nervi Museum hub that can be visited along another pleasant walking route that runs through Nervi's extensive historic public parks, featuring Mediterranean and exotic plants and linked tothe prestigious, recently restored rose garden of Villa Grimaldi Fassio. Theparks offer shelter from the summer heat.

Camogli:
Another day, not to be missed, is to reach by train Camogli, and by boat San Fruttuoso, Portofino and back.

Restaurants:
Close to Genua Domus there is a good pizzeria-farinata 'La funicolare’, and pizzeria/gelateria ‘ La antica vaccheria’ , and the trattoria-winebar 'I 3 Merli', excellent pastry-shop ‘Pasticceria Magenta' and more high quality restaurants. In the apt. there is a map with all the places I suggest.
